At the same time, there is a negative pressure in the respiratory tract, which leads to resignation of the respiratory tract and their blockage.

    When stopping the breath in a dream (apnea) longer than 10 seconds, repeated from 5 to 10 times per hour, the body begins to seriously suffer from hypoxia due to the lack of sufficient oxygen. Due to these episodes of apnea and hypoxia, the brain receives alarms that cause emergency awakening.

    Numerous reactions of awakening during sleep are often not noticed by patients, while they violate the natural structure of sleep.

    A man wakes up in the morning in the morning and feels broken, because neither the body nor the psyche is restored in due measure during such sleep. This leads to a significant reduction in the quality of life.
