However, after a few hours, the pain usually shifts into the right lower part of the abdomen, and the symptoms of appendicitis becomes classical.

The strongest pain in the area of ​​the stomach are characteristic and stratification aortic aneurysms. Their intensity is so high that the patient loses consciousness. This is a dangerous disease distinguished by high mortality.

Finally, there is an atypical form of a heart attack, in which there are no sensations from the heart. Instead, pain in the area of ​​the stomach, giving in the back. In addition, pronounced weakness, one- or twofold vomiting, pallor, high sweating are possible. Sometimes the symptomatics strongly resembles the clinic of acute pancreatitis. Electrocardiographic examination, mandatory in such cases, allows you to recognize the heart attack and designate correct treatment.
