At the same time, certain exercises are appointed by a doctor depending on the disease, the general condition and age of the patient. The positive effect of medical gymnastics is visible in any diseases, including at bronchiectatic disease.

    • Right position: sitting on a chair, hands along the body, raise your arms to the sides, grab yourself with hands, squeezing the chest (exhale), return to the starting position (inhalet) Repeat 3-4 times
    • Right position: lying on the back, arms along the body, raise your hands up, stretch (inhale), lower your hands down (smooth exhale) Repeat 5-6 times
    • Source position: lying on the back, hands along the body, dilute your hands on the sides (inhalation), bend legs in the knees and clasp their hands (tilt your head forward, slow exhale). Repeat 3-4 times
    • Right position: standing on all fours, take the left hand aside with the turn of the body to the left, look at the hand (inhale), return to the original position (exhale), the same to perform on the right side, repeat 2-3 times in each direction
    • Right position: standing, legs together, hands along the body, raise the right hand up (inhale), omit the hand (exhale), the same to do with your left hand, repeated 4-5 times with each hand
    • Right position: sitting on a stool or low stool, legs together, hands along the body, leaning right, while at the same time spreading both hands to the sides, then the same on the left side, repeated 3-4 times in each direction
    • Right position: sitting on a chair or a low stool, legs together, hands are omitted down, lean to the right and left, trying to get to the floor, repeat 2-3 times in each direction
    • Right position: sitting on a chair or a low stool, legs together, hands bent in the elbows, palm on the stomach, stretch your hands forward, then press the palms again to the stomach, imitating the rower movement, repeat 4-5 times
    • Slow walking for 1-2 minutes

    The regular execution of this complex of exercises can significantly improve the debit of sputum, reduce the morning cough and avoid frequent colds. However, gymnastics cannot be the only way to treat bronchiectatic disease. This is only an addition to the appointments of the doctor.
