Errors when using the policy
What mistakes most often take tourists to use a medical policy abroad? The main mistake of tourists is a violation of the principal condition of the insurance contract: before contacting the doctor, contact the phone indicated in the Policy, with a 24-hour facilities of the service company.
If this call is made on time, the coordinators of the service company organize and pay the qualified medical care needed in this situation. If the treatment will have to pay independently (some doctors, being practically monopolists in a particular region, wish to receive payment of their services exclusively in cash), the preliminary coordination of its appeal will greatly facilitate the reimbursement of expenses from the insurance company after returning.
