- Breeding straight legs with subsequent crossing.
- Bending your back with a support for hands and without support.
Exercises standing
- Turns, slopes of the hull, combinations of turns with slopes, with the movements of the hands towards turning.
All these exercises are repeated, starting from 4-5 times, with a gradual increase of up to 10-12 times.
