Nature provides increased oxidation of the vaginal environment to kill malicious bacteria and help spermatozoa to achieve ovary.

Soap and gels for a shower that are not intended for intimate hygiene are observed by the vagina, help the growth of pathogenic microflora and can interfere with conception.

Rule 2

To keep the purity of the vagina, take the hygienic souls twice a day. Ideally, you need to do it every time after visiting the toilet. If you do not have such an opportunity, use wet napkins for intimate hygiene. They do not contain alcohol, and purifying and moisturizing components are vegetable oils, soothing extracts of medicinal herbs and lactic acid, restoring acid-alkaline balance.

Rule 3

If you use daily gaskets, do not forget to change them at least every four hours. What they absorb, – Excellent medium for breeding pathogenic bacteria. If you are prone to allergies, do not use perfumed gaskets.

Rule 4

During menstruation, carefully follow the recommendations on the use of gaskets. Recommendations are indicated on the packaging in the form of droplets. In the first couple of days, the cycle gynecologists recommend using the gaskets with four – five droplets, then – with two or three.

Now there are gaskets impregnated with herbs extracts that contribute to the treatment of various gynecological diseases: inflammation, menstrual cycle failures, adhesions, endometriosis, and even hemorrhoids.

If you are a fan of tampons, we remind you that you can use them only in the first days of the cycle, when bleeding is abundantly, and change – Every two hours. If you neglect the last rule, you can earn the breath of the vagina, irritation of the mucous membrane and the rapid reproduction of dangerous microbes. Substances that are impregnated with tampons begin to penetrate the bloodstream in large numbers and can cause the so-called toxic shock.

Rule 6

Pay attention to intimate hygiene cream. Doctors gynecologists recommend using them before visiting the pool or any open reservoir. Such a cream disinfects, moisturizes and softens the mucous membrane, restores the protective sheath of the vagina. Especially the cream for intimate hygiene is recommended to women after forty, because the hormonal background of the body changes, and the pH of the mucosa becomes more alkaline.

Rule 7

Wear a comfortable and breathable underwear. Fashionable three-thong panties are beautiful, but extremely undesirable, because during walking the bacteria anus can easily get into genitalia. In addition, if the cloth is stretched too much, it blocks the access of oxygen to the sexual organs, which is why blood circulation can break.

It is best to wear underwear from natural materials – Cotton, flax, wool and silk. These fabrics are removed from the body an extra moisture, allowing the skin to breathe freely and not creating favorable conditions for the growth of bacteria. Minus linen from natural materials – what it is quickly wears. At the same time, wearing synthetic linen is categorically not recommended, as it prevents the penetration of oxygen into the tissue and may cause irritation and rash.

A good alternative is the underwear from the microfiber. The only drawback – fairly high price.
