Skin tumors are one of the most common forms of neoplasms. Among them can be highlighted 3 types of tumors:
- benign tumors;
- Karcinoid of the skin or basaloma - tumors with plane stroke growth, t. E. causing degradation, destruction of adjacent fabrics;
- Malignant tumors - Cracks.
Basaloma, like skin cancer, is much more likely to have rural residents than citizens, especially in the southern areas, because the intensity of solar radiation and the outdoor stay are important risk factors for these tumors.
Basaloma is equally often observed in women and in men, mainly in old age. It is the most frequent skin tumor and is 70-75% among various tumors developing from the epithelium, T. E. Outdoor skin layer.
Most often basalome is located on the face, less often - on the torso. Often there is a multiple lesion by basaloma of various skin sections.
Clinical manifestation of this tumor is quite diverse. Originally basaloma has the kind of a dense nodal size with a lental grain, protruding above the skin. Color pinkish, pink-yellowish or matte-pale, resembling pearl.
Basal development usually long-term, slow. In ulceration, the course of the disease is complicated by the addition of infection and inflammatory response in a tumor circle: swelling, redness, swelling, itching may appear.
In case of treatment, basal is used all the methods existing in oncology. We give some of them.
- Rauchery treatment is currently very common and applied as an independent and very effective method.
- Surgical excision of the tumor is used with limited lesions (stage I) and during the localization of the tumor in places where a sufficiently wide excision will not lead to the formation of defensive scars.
- Electro-generation, T. E. The destruction of the tumor due to its electric shock is currently applied rarely and only with very small tumors.
- Cryogenic destruction - the destruction of the tumor by freezing at very low temperatures - is not inferior, and in some cases surpasses the results of treatment with other methods. With the help of special equipment (cryosonda), the tumor freezing is performed using liquid nitrogen (temperature −196°WITH). As a result of cryogenic effects inside the cells, the formation of ice microcrystals occurs, which damage the cell membranes, which causes the death of tumor cells.
Upon timely appeal to the oncologist, when Basaloma did not reach large sizes, it is possible to cure almost all patients with a good cosmetic effect.
Carcinoid skin, in most cases, is not hazardous. Never basaloma metastasizes, there has never been any cases that people die from him, and if a sick person is already at the age, then it is not necessary to touch Basal.
The main thing is not to injure this place (if it's on the nose, then you should be careful with glasses), take care of the sun from the sun. As mentioned above, Basaloma can be coagulated, apply cryodestruction, laser.
Irradiation is not necessary, even better not to do. Usually basalome real danger does not represent, however, it should be paid to the penetrating basal that penetrates deep into the skin, and here it is necessary to treat more seriously.
It is necessary to know that this disease is undone for others and family members and does not apply to other bodies. And even if the basal is not treated, it can be self-safe (superficial basaloma) and it will be favorable.
It is recommended before going out into the street to twist the part where the basalome is located, and even better - to apply protective cream.
