    Definition of a group of disabilityThe criterion for establishing a second group of disability is a violation of human health with a persistent pronounced disorder of the body functions, due to diseases, consequences of injuries or anomalies, leading to at least one of the following criteria:
    The need for its social protection:

    • the ability to serve yourself with other persons or auxiliary devices;
    • the ability to move through other persons or auxiliary devices;
    • Ability to navigate with other persons or auxiliary devices;
    • the ability to communicate with other persons or auxiliary devices;
    • The ability to partially or fully control your behavior.


    Third group of disability

    3 Group of disability "Working". The criterion for determining the third group of disability is a violation of human health with a resistant moderately pronounced disorder of the body's functions, due to diseases, the consequences of injuries or anomalies, leading to restriction of ability to work or at least one of the following criteria:

    • self-catering ability using aids;
    • ability to independently movement with a longer time of time, fragmentation and reduction of distance;
    • the ability to learn in educational institutions of a general type while complying with the special mode of the educational process and (or) with the use of aids, with the help of other persons (except for training personnel);
    • ability to fulfill labor activities, subject to reducing the qualifications or reduction of production activities, the impossibility of fulfilling work in their profession;
    • the ability to orientation in time and in space, subject to the use of aids;
